Today (September 18th) we reached an agreement on the acquisition of IMP Klima, Slovenia. This will strengthen our position in Europe and other parts of the world. IMP Klima produces and supplies products and solutions for ventilation and indoor climate with specific expertise in air handling units and air distribution equipment. IMP Klima has a turnover of approximately € 25 million.
Orange Climate develops, produces and imports innovative and sustainable (parts of) climate control for companies. Orange Climate consists of OC Autarkis, OC Verhulst, OC Waterloo, OC Agri, OC Waterloo Middle East and OC Filtration Solutions. Each one professional in their own (air or energy) expertise. With two production locations in the Netherlands and a branch in the Middle East, Orange Climate is a well-known international player. “With the acquisition of IMP Klima, we are strengthening our international position in Europe. This big step contributes to our mission to provide the whole of Europe with a healthy and sustainable indoor climate, ” says William Baars, Managing Director of Orange Climate. “We expect the market for air treatment systems to continue to grow in the coming years. The need for good ventilation and ventilation systems in buildings is increasing, partly due to the necessary control of airborne infectious diseases such as the Covid-19 virus. As an expert in healthy air systems, we not only have the knowledge, but now also the extra capacity in-house.”
